That's the most likely reason. I can't think of any other.

it was an original character, I only figure its how i drew the face, there wasn't any sex or nudity involved just big boobs in a swimsuit?
i guess if anyone argues enough things can just be ripped down.
I kinda borrowed a background from a CG? i don't know if that would be any reason
