I'll give you two suggestions, though I'd appreciate if you put in the description that I came up with them.
A man is waiting for his wife who just came out of a breast expansion surgery. It is shown that her boobs have the outline of milk cartons. She says unhappily, "They were out of silicone."
OR this one
A surgeon is performing a breast expansion surgery on a woman and is showing some surgeons in training how to do it. He says, "And now that the silicone has been inserted, the breast has to be reshaped." The surgeon does a few quick hand movement and it is shown that both the breasts are now shaped like doves. The surgeons in training are clapping in the background while the surgeon smiles.
What's your thought on tentacles?
if i were to do tenacles i would most likely do a pic where a girl has grown tenacles on her back. as she would be a lesbian and like feeling herself up as well as her friends.
could imagine making a comic called Curse of the perverted octopus involving a normal group of friends where 1 is cursed.
tennacles otherwise are fun alot of different things can happen with them ranging from penetration to inflation, to egg implantation they offer alot ranging from low to high perversion. i never done em tho.
What's your thought on belly inflation?
Poison I've and Harley Quinn doing it but harley is straight so she has to turn into a werewolf but retaining her looks and incredibly horny for Ivy's ass.

I very much respect that you've taken the time to ask me this question so I'll try to give you the detailswithout coming off too snappy or negative its not you, its me trust me....
The short answer:
" Drawing makes me very depressed, its like you have an ideal goal but no matter how much you practice it its never attainable."
the long answer:
I've wanted to make a serious comic for the past 10 years maybe even earlier, but the thing is I often got tired of my ideas before I could really create them.
I had trouble with character development, mainly male characters. as well as a general
theme of what this would be about.
One of the ideas I settled on for awhile was about the 3 Genedrives* which are basicly child Cyborgs * a cute girl a punk girl and a socially awkward girl *
and how 3 different sides were to confront the badguy after they realized each other wasn't the enemy.
I pretty much gave up on it because I realized it takes entirely too much time to draw and I often over think comics too much and just decided I'm getting too old and I'm too useless to continue and I've lost all ambition
like when I was banned from deviantart I drew a few pictures and I just realized it didn't matter anymore, no matter how good the pictures are they don't do anything for me. I hardly draw anymore as it is.
Try to draw a short 1-page comic then. About e.g. something funny that happened to you or some sort of stuff.
Also I really like your Poppy drawings. Continuing this would be an option, too.
I figure i'm going to do a poppy comic of some sort however I have no idea...
